Our Mission
The mission of Bridgeway Christian Academy-High School is to get our students off the side lines and running with earnest in the Great Race. We take to heart the words “let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” (Hebrews 12:1) We want to prepare and empower our students to run the race with purpose, passion, and integrity.
Our Purpose
Our high school is built upon the same of faith and excellence as our elementary and middle schools whereby we partner with parents to develop future leaders and followers of Jesus Christ. Using Christ as our foundation, we emphasize Christian character development, a loving, nurturing environment, and the integration of a Christian worldview using biblical values in a quality academic program.
We also recognize that we have a noble challenge before us as students prepare for graduation day and the world beyond. We firmly believe that our graduates will be grounded in their faith and equipped with Christ-like character and academic excellence for the next phase of God’s plan for their lives.
Spiritual Leadership
Truths from the source of all truth, the Bible, are integrated through every facet of our curriculum. It is critical that these young people are trained from a biblical worldview. Therefore, God’s Word acts as the primary resource and foundation in all subject areas. Students are challenged to own that worldview and their personal faith in Jesus Christ. In addition, each year the high school students embark upon a retreat to a Christian camp in North Georgia. Bonding, teamwork, leadership, and spiritual growth are emphasized. In addition, students take the lead in worship, prayer, pledges, and personal testimonies during weekly Chapel.
