How To Apply 

BCA will begin accepting applications for 2008/2009 school year on January 12, 2008.
 
Step 1:  Application For Admission
 
K3 and K4:
Complete and return the Application For Admission.

K5 through 12th Grade:
Complete and return the Application For Admission with $150 application and testing fee (non-refundable).
 
Step 2:  Educational/Medical Records Form & Parent Handbook & Registration Contract Review Statement
 
Complete and turn in Educational/Medical Records Form which gives permission for BCA to obtain all educational, medical, psychological records, and transcripts for the applicant.
 
Also, please read our Parent/Student Handbook (located under the Parent's Tab) and our Registration Contract and review our policies, procedures, and philosophy. If you are in agreement, please sign and return the Parent Handbook & Registration Contract Review Statement.
 
The applicant cannot be scheduled for testing until all forms indicated in Steps 1 & 2 are received.
 
Step 3:  Applicant Testing
 
Applicants K5 through 12th grade will be tested for consideration of admission.   Initial test dates are on Saturdays in February and March. Students applying for admission after April 1st will be tested as needed on dates determined by the administration.
 
Step 4: Principal/Teacher Recommendation Form
 
Must be completed by the most recent teacher or principal and received prior to final consideration of applicant for admission.
 
Step 5:  Pastor/Church Leader Recommendation Form
 
This form must be completed by your current pastor or church leader for the church which you attend and returned directly to BCA. While it is not required that you are a member of a church, we highly recommend that our school families be members of and involved in a local Bible-based church.
 
Step 6:   Other Forms
 
  • Georgia Immunization Form 3231
  • DHR Eye, Ear, and Dental Form 3300
  • Birth Certificate (copy is acceptable)
Step 7:   Parent/Student Interview
 
All parents will be interviewed by the Principal or Head of School prior to determination of final acceptance. In addition, students applying for middle school or high school will be interviewed individually.
 
 
Step 8:  Notification of Decision
 
Parents will be notified of the final decision approximately one week from the Parent Interview. Registration forms will be mailed with acceptance letters at this time.
 
Step 9:  Registration
 
After notification of acceptance to BCA, the following items are necessary to secure enrollment:
 
  • Enrollment Form Package completed (mailed with acceptance letter)
  • Registration Fee paid ($200 for K3-K4, $350 all other grades)
  • One time Family Development Fee paid ($500 for all grades)
