BCA is a member of the North Atlanta Metro League (NAML) which is an athletic league for middle school sports made up of mainly private and Christian schools in the Atlanta area. BCA has been a member since the fall of 2004. Member schools are divided into three divisions - A, AA East and AA West. BCA is in the A division for league play.
Bridgeway Christian Academy is in search of Christian coaches for its school sports program. Please contact Dr Diane Peffer if you are interested at 770-751-1972, ext 1326.
2006-2007 Results:
Fall Sports
Boys soccer finished in first place for the regular season in league play. They hosted the league championship game and lost by one penalty kick in overtime.
Girls volleyball finished in third place in regular season play, but fought past the second place team to qualify for the championship match. The girls were then triumphant over the first place, undefeated team to win the league championship.
Girls cross country finished first place in regular season and won the league championship. Boys cross country finished the season by coming in fourth in the league championships.
Spring Sports
Girls Soccer finished in 1st place in the NAML regular season and won the league championships .
Girls Tennis finished in 4th place in the NAML regular season and placed 3rd in the league championships.
Boys Tennis finsihed in 3rd place in the NAML regular season and placed 2nd in the league championships .
Girls Track finished in 1st place in the NAML league championships and 2nd place in the M.A.A.C. (Metro Atlanta Athletic Conference).
Boys Track finsihed in 2nd place in the NAML league championships and 8th place in the M.A.A.C
Baseball finished in 2nd place in the NAML regular season and 3rd place in the NAML post season tournament.
Golf finished in 3rd place in the NAML league championships.
Also, a special recognition goes to our Athletic Director Dr. Diane Peffer for being named M.A.A.C. middle school girls track and field Coach of the Year! We're proud of you!
